the river that makes glad the city of God
here's what i got for my 40th birthday today, a havanese puppy born on steve's birthday. i have already promised several people i will not push this dog around in a stroller. scout is seriously the cutest dog i've ever seen. our boys will be crazy about him.
today as i spend the day doing all the things i love to do - praying, writing, playing with my family - i wanted to make special tribute to the people who gave me life. here they are on their wedding day - john and sally. what a pair. thanks for being the best parents in the world.
